在现有国内外污染源排放系数、排放浓度和排放量计算方法及模型等相关研究成果基础上,IEI团队提出了针对我国污染源排放的数据处理方法和管理技术,规范了我国污染源排放数据的核算方法。 在此基础上,建立了一个完整的污染物排放分析框架,包括数据质量控制、污染源分级体系、排放因子数据库、排放清单估算技术、清单时间谱、多尺度高分辨率排放源模式、排放数据云计算平台。 此外,结合全国重点污染源在线监控数据、环评数据等,建立了全国分层网格化的污染源排放数据库,开发了多行业、多年度、不同分辨率、不同空间尺度、多化学组分的排放清单,实现了与空气质量模型的无缝对接,为战略环评和规划环评提供了坚实的数据基础和技术支持。 中国高分辨率碳与大气污染物排放数据库 (HAEC,2023)中国民用航空机场大气污染物与温室气体融合排放清单 基于中国民用航空局飞机起降数据、机队配置数据和国际民航组织(ICAO)飞机发动机排放因子数据库等数据,北京化工大学伯鑫教授实验室自下而上编制了中国民用航空机场高分辨率飞机LTO循环大气污染物及碳排放清单(HAEC,2020)
