The dataset described is the A Mouse Imaging Server (AMIS), which provides free access to whole-body distribution images of understudied genes from engineered mouse lines, generated through the NIH Common Fund Program for Illuminating the Druggable Genome (IDG). It contains two categories of image sets: histological (fluorescent) images and cleared (Light-Sheet-Microscopy videos) samples, focusing on specific GPCR distributions. The purpose of this resource is to allow researchers to observe, browse, and compare these images to support the study of understudied genes.
