This dataset provides the open data supporting the study “Atom Camera: Super-resolution scanning microscope of a light pattern with a single ultracold atom.” It consists primarily of CSV files containing plotted data, fitted curves, one-dimensional profiles, signal-to-noise measurements, wrapped and unwrapped phase maps, two-dimensional phase or contrast maps, and corresponding horizontal and vertical coordinate axes in micrometers for Figures 2–4. The data enable reproduction and validation of the paper’s quantitative analyses and visualizations, including experimental and simulated measurements of light-pattern imaging using a single ultracold atom as a scanning microscope probe.
