Rockland Sample Pilot Study (2010 -2011)

The NKI Rockland Sample Neuroimaging Data Releases provide a comprehensive collection of neuroimaging data for research purposes. The dataset includes structural (Anatomical MPRAGE), diffusion tensor imaging (137 directions), functional MRI scans at various TRs (645ms, 1400ms, 2500ms), as well as specific task-based scans like Visual Checkerboard and Breath Hold. Additionally, the Real-Time Neurofeedback study adds Default Mode Network Training and Testing scans, along with Moral Dilemma and MSIT tasks. The dataset also incorporates physiological data (cardiac and respiratory) during scanning and basic phenotypic information such as age, sex, and handedness. Organized in BIDS format on an Amazon S3 bucket, the data supports studies in connectomics, developmental neuroscience, aging research, and neurofeedback applications. It is designed to facilitate insights into brain connectivity and functional dynamics across diverse populations and age groups.
